• Slack workspace ID and team information
• AWS account IDs and resource metadata (read-only)
• EC2 instance information (IDs, tags, CPU metrics)
• User interaction data with Slack notifications

We use collected information solely to:

• Monitor AWS resources for cost optimization opportunities
• Send notifications via Slack
• Process user actions (stop/dismiss)
• Improve our detection algorithms

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• All data transmitted via TLS encryption
• AWS IAM roles with minimal permissions
• No storage of AWS credentials
• Regular security audits

Data Retention

We retain operational data for 90 days. Notification history is kept for 30 days for deduplication. You may request deletion at any time.
